My wife and I went there for brunch on Father’s Day. After finding our way out to the patio where the hostess said she didn’t know why they don’t have any signage to direct customers through the restaurant out to the patio where brunch was being served. We got seated in what was a very nice setting. Then sat there 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and take our drinks order. Two blood orange Mimosas arrived at the table. I think they had shown the glasses the champagne then filled them with the juice. I ordered the eggs Benedict. No bad. Nothing to say bad about my meal. My wife ordered a burger NO grilled onions please!! Raw onions only! It came out with gilled and raw onions. My wife sat there with her burger in front of her missing two bits, not one person came to check on us while we sat there. Finally 25 minutes passed when a server came and asked if we had finished, my wife explained that she had ordered the burger without grilled onions as she really doesn’t like them grilled. The server asked would you like a box! Not a sorry or let me get your waitress. On a side note I also noticed tables of 5 get added 20% gratuity charge. I won’t be going back.

Was pleasantly surprised when entering our cozy room. The bed was better than a 5star high end Hotel. So comfy along with the bedding. Room was quiet and exceptionally clean. Walking distance to everything downtown Jackson's has to offer, including Britt festival. Would definitely stay, again

A fabulous gem of an old hotel that's thoroughly modern in its amenities. With a well stocked wine bar and a four star restaurant, this historic hotel is on the main street in old town Jacksonville. The check-in is no-host. All rooms are keyless entries, as is the guest entry. Our king room was large and well appointed with very comfortable king bed. A window looking out on the main street and a window on the adjacent ally. Very bright with high ceiling. Excellent coffee maker, fridge, TV, wifi. The photo is the view from room 8.

Food is great, service too but brunch is what I have always come for and it’s completely changed since they reopened. No more complimentary anything I was really surprised. No champagne, no scones, not sure if we get a fruit cup anymore either. Prices up, and no more freebies is very disappointing. Still good but if you come back in 2022 expecting 2019 vibes, forget it. Only open Sunday now too.

Such a gem in the sweetest little town! We had originally planned to stay just one night in Jacksonville (at a different hotel) while we were on the road, but we ended up staying a second night in town here at the Jacksonville Inn. We were fortunate enough to chat with the owner at the wine lounge and ended up meeting great people, having a wonderful time! The restaurant downstairs has amazing food, the wine lounge has SUCH good wine with lots of fun tastings and music events, the hotel has been so beautifully and comfortably renovated, and the whole thing is run by wonderful people! We want to come stay here for the Brett Festival next summer!

We love everything of this restaurant. Prime Rib was well cook and separated two plates for us to share. We selected grill vegetables and mashed potatoes to match the meat, of course, with the suggestion of our wonderful server. The appetizer of oysters was delicious, beautifully tasting with the local Chardonnay. They has a list of salads and offer half size, so you can try more than one at a meal. Thanks for providing great food, excellent service with such a reasonable and affordable price range!

We went for an anniversary trip and couldn't have picked a better spot! The communication from the hotel staff was excellent, the rates were reasonable and the room was incredible. Very comfortable and well styled. The staff was very friendly and the hotel offered wonderful perks as well! The wine lounge and restaurant were lovely with incredible food and drink selection. There was live music in the wine lounge nightly, which you could hear from our room, as we were right above it, but it didn't go late into the night and wasn't a problem. We would definitely return for another stay and I have recommended it to many friends for a lovely get away.

I’ve been to the wine (& beer) shop and tasting room w/ some nice appetizers in the past. Great spot by-the-way. This review is for the newly-opened restaurant downstairs. The management has extensive experience in this business and this restaurant may be one of their most personalized offerings. Our party was lucky and we learned a little of the family history and experiences from one of the restaurant’s creators; Miriam Barchi. The food is the best I’ve had in Jacksonville so far and there are several very nice restaurants in town. The food is top tier. Comparable to fine dining in the best restaurants I’ve visited in the US, Europe & Asia. My wife had the Halibut and I had the duck. Miriam helped us select wines by the glass and they were excellent. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name, but it was an Italian red. The staff was very attentive and the place was pretty busy with customers. Nice to see. The prices were $$$$, but given the overall experience, excellent food and service, it was appropriate. We’ll be back. Perhaps for my wife’s birthday coming this Fall.
